These terms apply to the use of daymo.org and to requests for Daymo publications. By using the website or submitting a request you agree to them.

Market prices on this website are observations made in local markets and verified by Daymo editors. They are indicators for information purposes and are not official prices or financial advice.

A publication request is an offer to purchase. A sale is agreed only when Daymo sends payment instructions and confirms your payment. Daymo may decline or cancel a request, for example if the details provided are incomplete.

After payment is confirmed, Daymo sends the requested document version to your registered email address within 24 hours, using a private, time-limited download link.

Because documents are delivered digitally, payments are generally not refundable once a document has been delivered, except where the wrong document was sent.
